What this site is

bulaev.ai is a paid membership for people building their own AI operating system — the private repos, agent skills, ideas database and working processes I run my company on. It is for founders, operators, marketers and developers who want the working tools, not a course about them.

It is written and run day to day by one person — Serge Bulaev — rather than by a company support desk, and it is meant to help you build your own setup rather than replace your judgment. Everything here represents my own views, filtered through my own experience.

Who you are contracting with

bulaev.ai is operated by She Just Works LLC, 8130 Glades Rd #526, Boca Raton, FL 33434, United States. That company is the party on the other side of these terms: it publishes the site, sells the membership, takes the payment and answers for both. Serge writes the content and runs the site, which is why the rest of this page is in his voice.

She Just Works LLC runs more than this site, so it publishes terms of its own on shejust.works covering all of its products — that is the document the checkbox at checkout points to. Both pages apply: where they differ on a point, this page controls for bulaev.ai; where this page is silent, the company page fills the gap.

Using the content

You can

  • Share public ideas with attribution
  • Quote content in your own work
  • Use the repos and skills you have access to in your own projects and in your clients' projects
  • Run them inside AI agents you build
  • Discuss and critique openly

Please don't

  • Republish entire articles or member-only content without permission
  • Resell the repos or skills, or publish their sources
  • Share your git access, tokens or SSH keys, or redistribute the private repos
  • Train a publicly available model on the code
  • Claim ideas as originally yours
  • Scrape the site aggressively

Code you have already cloned stays with you if your membership ends. What a membership pays for is the stream of updates, not a rental of the files.

Membership

Paid tiers are subscriptions sold by She Just Works LLC and billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly; prices and what each tier includes are on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Git access is personal and read-only; it ends with the subscription. Breaking these terms — in particular redistributing private repos or abusing the community — ends the membership without a refund.
