Changelog
What changed, and when
Every entry is dated to the day the change landed, and taken from the project's own decision log and commit history — so this page is a record, not a roadmap. An entry here means the code shipped, which is not the same as the feature being open: the membership is still being assembled, and where something is built but switched off, the entry says so.
The site went live
bulaev.ai serves the public pages from this repo for the first time, and the crawler rules that had been blocking answer engines came off. The membership behind it is not open — and all three pieces of it are built rather than missing, which is a different thing. Checkout is the Stripe billing below, with its Stripe keys deliberately left unset in production, so it refuses instead of charging. Sign-up is the magic link and the social providers, whose credentials point at staging only. Git access is the service from 7 September: written, tested, and with nowhere to run yet, so the site does not call it. Switched off, in other words, not unwritten. The idea, repo and tool catalogs are empty in production.
A launch list you can actually join
The landing, the pricing page and the newsletter page take an email address, because until sign-up opens there was no way to leave one. It is a launch list and nothing else: one message, and an unsubscribe link on it. The three boxes now record which promise you accepted — the newsletter page promises the first issue, the other two promise the opening of membership — so each one can be kept separately.
The copy was pulled back to what exists
Every claim on the marketing pages was checked against the code behind it. Git access, the Telegram groups, the newsletter, live talks and the Gold case review are written as forthcoming everywhere, and the tier cards mark which lines are built and which are not.
Ideas you can keep
Saving an idea, grouping saves into boards, and following a board or one of the four directions. Cards can also arrive from an agent as drafts for review.
Profiles and the members directory
Public member profiles, the directory behind sign-in, avatar uploads with image metadata stripped, a full data export, and account deletion in two confirmed steps.
The feed
Posts, comments and votes, with a monthly cap on karma from any one member, ranking by activity, and moderation tools.
Billing on Stripe
Checkout, the customer portal, and Gold seats reserved atomically so the thirty cannot be oversold. Subscription state is reconciled against Stripe rather than trusted from a single webhook.
The git backend was built — and is not connected
The service that will provision read-only access by tier landed with its tests: personal tokens, SSH keys, an access-log shipper and revocation when a membership ends. It has nowhere to run yet and the site does not call it, so nobody can clone anything. This entry is the code, not the feature.
Email and notifications
A preference matrix of notification type against channel, the transactional email templates behind it, and one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in.
/about rebuilt to the design
The about page now matches its prototype, and the landing hero sits on a frosted layer instead of raw canvas.
Sign in with LinkedIn, Google or GitHub
Added alongside the magic link. Connecting a provider to an account that already exists is confirmed by email first, so nobody can claim an address they do not control.
Catalog pages
Ideas, idea boards, repos and tools. Each card shows what your tier opens and what it does not, rather than hiding that a locked part exists.
Your account
Onboarding, welcome, membership and billing, git access, profile, notifications, data and privacy, cancellation, and the Gold application.
The public site
Landing, pricing, about and the legal pages, with per-page metadata, structured data, a sitemap, robots rules and an index for AI agents at /llms.txt.
Sign in by magic link
Accounts with no password: a link in an email starts the session.
The design system
Tokens, type scale and components generated from the design canvas — one light theme, square corners, hairline borders, no card shadows.
Price fixed, founding cohort dropped
Paid is $39 a month or $348 a year; Gold is $199 a month or $1,990 a year, 30 seats by application. No trial and no founding discount: the Free tier is the trial.
The members directory moved behind sign-in
A free account is enough to open the directory, and member profiles are not indexed by search engines.
Ideas became a section of their own
Four directions, card types for patterns and collections, boards, and a fixed card format an agent can fill in.
The project started
A membership around the private repos, the agent skills and the ideas behind them, in three tiers: Free, Paid and Gold.
The newsletter is built on the same material. What each tier opens is on the pricing page.
